I messed around a bit more and made this one. Hopefully it's good. The cuffs are scaleable and they can move along the X axis to accomodate different models. I could not figure out how to make the pole for the neck cuff scaleable without it messing with the cuff itself so I figure you can just go into edit mode and grab the vertices from the top part and move them down the Z axis then move the cuff accordingly.
